The intention of this web site is to provide an outline and selection of past projects as examples to show scope of works catered for:

 

I offer an independent consultancy service which can be applied to any type of electrical & mechanical installation including traditional and modular buildings.

 

Contract management is a key quality I  possess and due to the experience gained throughout my extensive history, I look to reducing the cost base per hour to ensure the customer gets value for money.

 

Past projects included a complete turn key service from initial enquiry, tender, design, procurement, quality commissioning, certification, operation and maintenance manuals, drawings and quality control throughout the whole process to a standard no less than ISO 9001.The quality systems adhered to can be audited annually by a Lead Auditor to ensure continued compliance where applicable.

 

Due to my experience in contracts and project management one of the key advantages I can bring to the job is commercial awareness and quantity surveying skills, which enable me to manage the work in progress against valuations against programme. By providing realistic valuations for project cost including  labour resources provides a valuable service to ensure completion time is not overrun.

 

My experience in modular / off site construction of over 35 years is key to managing the process from initial enquiry, pricing is carried out directly in line with the factory and site construction process which is a line by line activity for both materials and labour.

 

This process has been proven over the 35 years which is directly in line with ISO standards for operation procedures which also gives trace ability and accountability from start to finish. This process also provides accurate work in progress (WIP) valuation which is critical to managing costs throughout the construction process.
